Learning Continuum Assessment
Based on the sequential learning progression, assess the strengths and gaps of the learner. This assessment begins with pre-kindergarten concepts and assesses the strengths and weakness of a learner. Once the student has a clear evaluation based on the learning continuum, a plan is created to address these areas, so a strong foundation in academic learning is formed without holes.
In Education Partnering’s child center tutoring approach, we team with learners, families, and teacher(s) to bring a well-rounded and empowering education to the learner. In this approach, feedback from parents, teachers, and the learner are all carefully considered and implemented. After a thorough understanding of the learner is established, the learner to guides how given information taught, while Education Partnering insures that all foundational blocks are thorough taught and connect to the future.
Education Partnering meets with groups of three to five students based on common shared interests in a given subject. A plan is made for what information the families want their students to masters, while Education Partnering ensures these concepts connect to the State Standards and build towards future academic success.
Parents are children’s first teachers, which is why Education Partnering believes in partnering with families. Education Partnering values parental involvements and student involvement in the entire learning process, and strives to provide the resources to ensure and help parents and students navigate the complexities of the current school climate.
